It's 7am and you've signed up for the Painathlon. What better way to warm your legs up than with some deep sand reps. A favourite punishment penalty of WAIS beach volleyball trainings the Groyne Run is designed to suck all the explosiveness out of your finely tuned body leaving you a quivering mass of jelly. 3 laps starting from between the court posts pictured below up to and around the distant Floreat Groyne Floodlight pole and back.
